# Retention & Subscription Calculation

*Bedtime Stories Premium Subscription Retention Assumption:*\
Initial Year 2 subscriptions are projected at 500 annual subscribers. We assume a 100% retention rate year-on-year with growth based on market reach:

* Year 3: 2,000 subscribers
* Year 4: 10,000 subscribers
* Year 5: 20,000 subscribers\
  This growth trajectory reflects increasing awareness and value perceived by users, based on podcast reach and marketing expansion.

*AI Model Subscriptions:*\
Starts in Year 3 with 1,000 institutional users at £500/year. We assume 100% retention and significant expansion:

* Year 4: 10,000 users
* Year 5: 15,000 users Total revenue is calculated based on flat pricing at £500 per subscriber per year.

*Guided Learning:*\
Revenue is based on £150,000 per client annually. Starting in Year 2 with 2 clients:

* Year 2: £300,000
* Year 3: £225,000 × 2 = £450,000
* Year 4: £300,000 × 2 = £600,000
* Year 5: £375,000 × 2 = £750,000

*Checkpoint Loading Token (Governance Token on Cardano Blockchain):*\
Revenue is generated through token sales in 4 tranches:

* Tranche 1 (Year 3): 50 million tokens at $0.09 USD/token (£4.5 million approx)
* Tranche 2 (Year 4): 100 million tokens at $0.12 USD/token (£9.5 million approx)
* Tranche 3 (Year 5): 100 million tokens at $0.15 USD/token (£12 million approx)
* Tranche 4 (Year 5): 150 million tokens at $0.30 USD/token (£12.9 million approx)
